We can ship to virtually any address in the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- $8.00 flat fee on parts and accessories orders
- FREE shipping on orders over $100.00
In Store Pick-up
Pick-ups are available Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5 PM EST at 2400 Dryden Road, Moraine, OH 45439. Most orders will be ready for pickup within 1 hour after placing your order for in-stock items. On special orders, we will notify you by email or phone when your items arrive, usually within 2 business days. Cash, check, and credit card payments are available for in store pick-up.
You may return most new, unopened and unused parts and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Special order items (items we do not keep in stock) will incur a 10% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
